The Northwest Purchasing Education Council was formed in June 2002 by ISM affiliates in Alaska, Hawaii, Idaho, Oregon and Washington to promote purchasing educational opportunities in the Pacific & Northwest. The NPEC carries on the long tradition of sponsoring the Pacific Northwest Purchasing Conference, an annual conference for purchasing and supply management professionals. The venue of the conference changes each year as a different member affiliate takes on the hosting duties.

ISM-Spokane is very proud to host the 2015 Pacific Northwest Purchasing Conference. We are very excited to host the 72nd annual conference, sponsored by the Northwest Purchasing Education Council (NPEC).
The host committee is hard at work lining up programs on current issues and topics in the supply management field. The event will be an outstanding educational opportunity for local members to receive education to enhance your professional career and earn credits towards ISM certification. The Conference will include a one-day Supplier Showcase.
